Story: Chief Canyon's Overlook

"Chief Canyon's Overlook" depicts a young American Indian man viewing the expansive White Rim of Canyonlands and the La Sal mountains southeast of Moab, Utah, standing atop the famous Mesa Arch at sunrise. This was taken on a cold March morning so the Pendleton blanket Urulu is wearing not only looks great, but is very functional as well. This is one of the early images created as part of the "Native American in the Landscape Collection."

This image is available as a limited edition print, a fine art poster, and a note card.
