Story: Watchman of the Valley
"Watchman of the Valley" depicts a young Navajo man at his lookout post high above the valley floor in the upper reaches of Canyon de Chelly, Arizona. This window arch was a perfect vantage point for the ancient ones who lived in the valley for many centuries and for the present day inhabitants who take the occasional adventurer to this breathtaking viewpoint.
